InverMex Advisors is a cross-border business advisory firm helping companies enter, expand, turn around, and finance operations across Germany, Mexico, and the United States.
German automotive, MRO, and industrial companies entering, expanding, or fixing an operation in Mexico — and Mexican firms seeking German capability, market access, or capital. Engagements span market entry and expansion, operational turnaround, capital raising and financial strategy, and government and defense-sector procurement.
Mexico rewards companies that understand it and punishes those that do not. The difference is operating inside a market rather than advising on it from the outside — in the language, the culture, and the commercial reality. We have built businesses here, not just advised them.
Our approach reflects three generations of the Hinke family bridging German industry into Mexico since 1954 — the experience of operators who have built, run, and rebuilt businesses through difficulty, combined with the analytical rigor of a Bain-trained method.

Manuel has over 30 years of experience as a strategist and as an operator who has built and run businesses across Germany, Mexico, and the United States, with deep roots in the automotive, MRO, and industrial sectors.
He built a German and European auto-parts distribution business in Mexico from concept to scale — reaching $27M in annual sales at 38% margins by year three — and later led a transformation that pushed revenue past $95M, lifted gross margins, and grew direct-to-consumer sales fivefold through a rebuilt eCommerce platform. He established a US cross-border advisory practice, growing it past $3M in revenue within two years and raising over $35M across six investment projects. As CEO of the family enterprise, he steered it through the 1995 Mexican financial crisis and led its turnaround, ultimately running the sale of the automotive distribution business at a 42% annualized return to shareholders.
He began his career at Bain & Company, advising clients across aviation, commercial trucking, banking, and heavy industry. Born in Mexico, raised in Germany, and educated in the United States, he graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a BBA in International Finance and Marketing.
